Here's what you need to know:
- The user interface (or "UI") has been updated. That mean the way it looks and reacts to all your clicks is new. Almost all of the features are still there. They just look a little different.
- Student responses are more prominent. It's easier to see the collective responses of the class directly through the Google Form (as opposed to the Form's response spreadsheet).
- It's now purple instead of green. Not a big deal. Just good to know...
Check out the extended tutorial by Wilfredo Codilla. It's a longer video, so definitely check out the first few minutes and see a demonstration of the new live class summaries feature around the 11:40 mark.
What do you think of the changes?
One thing he didn't point out, but that I find helpful is access the spreadsheet from the form. For those that are curious, it is available off the "responses" menu. It think it is a button that allows you to create a spreadsheet.
ReplyDeleteThanks for pointing that out. It used to be that a Google Form would automatically generate a spreadsheet. Now, you need to prompt it to do so. It took me a while to find it under "Responses".
